He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to finding the best possible rate and loan option for my situation. Communication was top-notch — I always felt informed and supported. Thanks to Eric’s hard work, my loan closed right on schedule, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. 😃✨

Eric goes above and beyond! He is very communicative & educates the customers every step of the way. He also really figures out what approach is the best for your customer to save them the most money and secure a home!

I had a wonderful lending experience with Eric Parent. He is experienced and extremely knowledgeable, and he's happy to share what he knows. He was always available to answer my questions and provided timely updates throughout my lending process. He was able to get my loan approved right away, secured a great rate, and I was able to get into my new home quickly. I would certainly recommend Eric to anyone who is beginning the purchase process or who is even just beginning the home search. He is a great resource and a pleasure with which to work!

Eric was great throughout the entire process! He was so helpful and upfront with everything that would be expected so there were no surprises. Even after the purchase he remained available to answer any questions or to guide us in right direction to get all of our needs taken care of. If we were ever in the position to buy another property or were to recommend a friend or family member for loan assistance in the future I would definitely recommend Eric Parent for their needs!!!

We refinanced a few months ago. Claude was knowledgeable and watched the market to ensure we got the best rate we could get. We shaved 10 years off our mortgage and paid down some debt. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to purchase a home or land Claude is a person you can trust he is not out just to make a profit off you he really strive to get you the loan you need!!
